At Drees & Sommer, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. You’ll be part of an international and innovative environment, contributing to challenging projects and helping to shape them from start to finish.
You will be helping in the following Project Management tasks:
- Ensure project objectives (schedule, cost, quality) are achieved.
- Coordinate internal and external project and design teams.
- Support clients in developing project and procurement strategies.
- Prepare schedules, cost estimates, and resource monitoring.
- Supervise contractors’ on-site activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Drees & Sommer international organization.
- Participate in feasibility studies and economic analyses.
- Support in technical, economic, and organizational construction consulting.
- Degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering, architecture, or a similar field
- Ideally 2 years of experience in property management, engineering, or real estate consulting.
- International experience and intercultural competence preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
- Very good written and spoken English skills - C1 level.
