Your New Role
Your goal will be to drive continuous improvement of Talent processes, focusing in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Training.
You will also work cross-functionally with the Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HRIS teams.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement improvements in Talent processes, focusing on efficiency and the candidate and employee experience.
- Lead cross-functional projects for optimization, automation, and tool integration (with a special focus on Workday).
- Document workflows and policies, ensuring proper project execution.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards with key KPIs (TTF, training effectiveness, engagement, internal mobility, etc.).
- Ensure data quality and consistency in Workday, driving strategic decisions based on reliable information.
- Analyze metrics and identify insights to propose continuous improvement actions.
- Collaborate with teams and promote the adoption of new tools and processes.
- Develop communication and internal training materials to support change implementation.
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have 5–6 years of experience in People areas, particularly in process improvement, project management, or digital transformation within HR. Experience in consulting will be a plus.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition.
- You have an analytical mindset, focused on efficiency and continuous improvement; you are proactive, driven, and have strong communication and influencing skills.
- You are motivated to contribute to building a more agile, innovative, and value-driven Talent function.
- You enjoy working with data and are passionate about the People field.
- You have a high level of English.
- Knowledge of Workday and other global talent management systems will be positively valued.
