Your Impact

As a Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of several projects with complex digital transformation initiatives for top-tier clients, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead programs offering and End to End solution to clients, supervising delivery, scope, budget, quality, and timelines
• Manage a team of several project managers collaborating in multicultural and international teams
• Drive stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and seniority levels (up to CxO level)
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation
• Manage financial of +7M€ including budget planning, cost control, and corrective actions when needed
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure delivery excellence
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in program management, preferably in consulting
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher) is a must
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
• Certifications such as PMP or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
• Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, MS Project; Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of the Salesforce or S4/Hana environment from integration, testing, and migration
• Proactive, organized, and able work autonomously remotely in dynamic environments with distributed teams
