PROSTAFF baut für einen Kunden im Finanzumfeld ein Projektteam zur Migration & Inbetriebnahme von Business-Applikationen im Kontext eines neuen Kernbankensystems aus. Dafür suchen wir einen strukturierten PMO (Senior).
Ihre Mission
Operative & administrative Entlastung der Projektleitung, Sicherstellung von Transparenz, Standards & Reporting in einem komplexen Integrationsprogramm
- Projekt-, Termin-, Ressourcen- & Statuspläne pflegen; Risiken/Meilensteine überwachen
- Sitzungen vorbereiten/protokollieren (inkl. Steering) & Actions nachverfolgen
- Kommunikation & Koordination zwischen Teams, Stakeholdern & Partnern
- Projektdokumentation & Standards sicherstellen; Jira/Confluence nutzen
Anforderung:
- Senior-Erfahrung als PMO im IT-Umfeld (Banking von Vorteil)
- Strukturierte, detailorientierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise; Service-Mindset
- Tool-Sicherheit (Jira/Confluence); Englisch C1
