Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in structuring and delivering compelling narratives to executive audiences.
  • Experience as a strategic advisor, using a consultative approach to diagnose client needs and co-create solutions that drive significant, measurable business impact.
  • Experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, and measurement frameworks (e.g., incrementality, attribution), and understanding of the travel industry.
  • Ability to have a hypothesis-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and to thrive in ambiguity, navigate complex organizational structures, and work independently in a high-stakes environment.
  • Ability to distill vast, complex datasets into clear, actionable business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, investigative and quantitative skills.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a leading expert on the client's business, identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive mutual growth through strategic, data-driven account plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, deliver provocative insights and thought leadership that challenges the status quo and shapes the future of their digital marketing strategy.
  • Develop and deliver C-level presentations and strategic business reviews that translate complex data into actionable, high-impact recommendations.
  • Architect and execute a Search strategy, steer a complex roadmap of bespoke and scaled initiatives to unlock new frontiers in automation, bidding, and global expansion.
  • Orchestrate and lead cross-functional teams (both internal and external) to navigate complex technical and business challenges, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
