The Role
As our Senior Product Designer, you will have the unique opportunity to transform the product experience for iconic brands. You will influence every aspect of our products, from conducting user research and crafting user flows to creating stunning UI designs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to reimagine our products for AI, transforming the user experience.
Working in a cross-functional team located in Gothenburg/Mölndal, you and your teammates will own the products from concept to operation, continuously iterating and improving. Your success will be reflected in the success of our products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a cohesive experience across our products.
- Take accountability for the entire product’s design, considering usability, utility, and product expression.
- Be a thoughtful voice for our users in the organisation.
- Engage with customers and users to build a strong intuition of current and future use cases and user needs.
- Lead customer discovery efforts such as user research and usability testing.
- Use design methodology to evaluate the usability, value, and occasionally the viability, of concepts.
- Care for consistent concept usage across our products, from the UI to our APIs, and empower others through the design system.
- Use design thinking to enable the team to build great solutions to valuable problems.
- Leverage AI for fast full-fidelity prototyping.
- Consider user devices and applications when designing solutions.
- Create high-quality designs and pixel-perfect assets.
- Understand relevant regulations, such as the EU Accessibility Act, and educate others.

Qualifications
We expect you to begin your journey at Anaphora with the following skills and to continuously add and develop new ones.
- Excellent design skills from education or experience covering all aspects of product design, such as user/customer interviews, usability testing, prototyping, and UI/UX design.
- Proven excellent design taste and a strong portfolio of previous work. Your portfolio reflects a deep understanding of the importance of usability, beyond visual excellence.
- Proven ability to facilitate design processes and user research within cross-functional teams.
- Recognised seniority from prior positions and at least one year of experience working as the lead designer in a cross-functional product team building software products.
- Experience exploring how AI can accelerate and transform product development.
- Mastery of Figma and proficiency in other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders and customers.
- Fluency in English.
