We are looking for a Mobile Development Manager with 15+ years of experience in mobile software development who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills. If you’ve delivered successful apps using React Native and native mobile technologies (Swift, Kotlin/Java), and you're passionate about architecture, strategy, and building high-performing teams — this is your role.

You’ll lead the mobile team and take full ownership of shaping and executing the mobile roadmap, ensuring excellence in technical quality, team culture, and delivery.

Job description 

·        Lead the development of our React Native and native mobile (Swift, Kotlin/Java) applications with a focus on quality, scalability, and performance.

·        Design and maintain scalable application architectures (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM).

·        Drive mobile technology strategy, stay ahead of trends, and integrate modern solutions into our products.

·        Make key technical decisions and mentor the mobile team in best engineering practices.

·        Set and uphold high standards for performance, security, and user experience.

·        Plan and manage CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, and OTA updates.

·        Partner with product and business teams to provide technical guidance in the development lifecycle.

·        Champion engineering culture and continuously raise the bar for code quality and developer experience.

Qualifications 

·        At least 7 years of application development experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core

·        Advanced database design, query and administration skills with MSSQL and Couchbase.

·        Experienced in RESTful API design and development.

·        Extensive knowledge of data storage and management systems, especially NoSQL databases.

·        Up-to-date knowledge of performance optimisation and security issues.

·        Experience working on projects with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

·        Good command of English and technical documentation skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

·        Experience with architectural patterns like Clean Architecture, MVVM, or VIPER.

·        Hands-on with React Native’s native bridge development and familiarity with Fabric & TurboModules.

·        Advanced skills in performance optimization and memory profiling.

·        Deep understanding of mobile app security (OWASP, encryption, token handling).

·        Experience with offline-first architecture, local databases (Realm, SQLite, WatermelonDB), and sync logic.

·        Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud integrations.

·        Setup and management of CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Fastlane, GitHub Actions), and OTA updates (CodePush).

·        Knowledge of analytics and A/B testing frameworks (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel).

·        Experience with multi-brand (white-label) or feature-flag-based architectures.

·        Hands-on with App Store / Google Play deployment processes.

·        Awareness of i18n, RTL support, and localization strategies.

·        Transitioning from class-based to function components in React Native.
