Our team is responsible for developing and improving KRUK’s Way of Working - our shared approach to how we plan, collaborate and continuously improve across the Group.
We bring together Agile and Lean practices to build a learning organization, strengthen adaptability, and foster a culture where experimentation and improvement are part of everyday work.
As an Group Agile Coach, you will play a key role in guiding teams and leaders on this journey — helping them translate K-WoW principles into daily practice, develop new ways of working, and grow organizational maturity across all markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Empower the organization to embrace Agile principles.
- Coach senior leadership in organizational design to increase adaptability.
- Continuously refine our Way of Working.
- Coach and guide Product Owners in Agile principles.
- Enhance Agile maturity across the organization.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment among Tribes, enabling Squads to achieve their mission and deliver on their goals.
- Develop and deliver Agile training programs.
- Instill an Agile mindset throughout the Tribe and the entire company.
Our Expectations:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as an Agile Coach.
- Background in agile coaching delivered for international organizations in financial and / or technological sector.
- Deep knowledge of concepts such as lean thinking, queueing theory, system thinking.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in providing feedback and coaching.
- Ability to recognize and address coaching and training needs within the organization.
- Inspires and motivates colleagues to enhance their skills.
- Well-versed in agile, capable of inspiring and developing the organization.
- Leader who takes decisions and empowers the Tribe and Squads.
- Collaborates effectively with stakeholders across entire organization.
- Fluent in English.
