Your Role

As our UX Design Lead, you will:

• Lead the design and development of user experiences for Bitcoinsensus platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed business and user requirements.
• Conduct research and user testing to identify customer needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into design strategies and deliver cohesive, innovative user interfaces.
• Partner with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices, bringing forward improvements to enhance user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in UX design, ideally with experience leading enterprise or fintech/crypto projects.
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proven track record of delivering successful UX solutions backed by research and testing.
• Excellent understanding of usability principles and user psychology.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and results.
