Job description:

JOB PURPOSE

Implementation and continuous improvement of the on-site live experience for new hires. The job focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing tours across company locations, working with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. Additionally, the person will contribute to the development of a global onboarding project and assist in creating digital content to support the onboarding journey.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Site Tour Management: plan, organize, and conduct guided tours for new joiners at headquarters’ locations, ensuring all logistics (scheduling, registrations, coordination with site teams) are handled efficiently.• Stakeholder Collaboration: liaise with different departments (e.g., Secretariat, Facilities, IT) to ensure smooth execution of site visits and align on tour content that highlights the company’s culture, values, and operations.• New Joiner Engagement: serve as the main point of contact for new employees participating in the site tours, ensuring a positive and informative experience.• Continuous Improvement: gather feedback from new joiners and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and innovation in both the site tour experience and onboarding process.• Digital Content Creation: support the development and production of digital onboarding materials, such as e-learning modules and interactive guides.• Onboarding Program Development: contribute to the design of a global onboarding framework that aligns with company goals and enhances the new joiner experience worldwide.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, event management, or onboarding-related roles.• Flexibility to travel to the main company sites across Itay several times a month.• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage schedules, registrations, and logistics for multiple events.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inform diverse groups of new joiners.• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and departments, both locally and globally.• Fluent in Italian and English, other languages knowledge is a plus.• Proficiency in digital content creation tools and platforms (e.g., video editing software, content management systems) is a plus.
