A leading organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join their team onsite. Role Overview:

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microsoft Azure services. The role demands strong expertise in cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and healthcare domain standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, with a focus on microservices architecture.
• Implement secure and scalable APIs using Spring MVC, Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment.
• Integrate backend services with Microsoft Azure components such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, and API Management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards including OWASP, HIPAA, and Payment Gateway protocols.
• Work with SQL and Cosmos DB for data management and integration.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Apply best practices in software development, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Healthcare industry experience is essential
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
• Solid understanding of microservices, API security, and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, claims processing, and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
