Position: IT Manager

Casa Vista Development is a leading property development company in Dubai, We are seeking an exceptional IT Manager who can oversee all technology operations, ensure smooth system functionality, and provide solutions to complex technical challenges across the organization.

Role Overview:

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s entire IT infrastructure, leading development and integration projects, maintaining website, and providing innovative solutions to technical problems. Only candidates with hands-on, full-stack experience, strong cloud and hardware/server knowledge, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the company’s IT operations, systems, and tech assets.
• Develop, implement, and manage APIs and integrations across multiple platforms.
• Lead full-stack development projects, using frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, and backend languages such as PHP, Python, or equivalent.
• Handle and maintain company websites, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex IT issues across software, hardware, network systems, and cloud platforms.
• Manage cloud-based servers (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and on-premise/hardware servers.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and infrastructure documentation.
• Implement security protocols and best practices to protect company data.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and provide proactive solutions for business efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience as an IT Manager, Full-Stack Developer, or similar role in a dynamic organization.
• Strong programming skills in frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue) and backend languages (PHP, Python, or similar).
• Experience in API development, system integration, and IT infrastructure management.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hardware/on-premise servers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Knowledge of website management, hosting, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage IT assets, maintain records, and oversee technology-related operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
