Lead Fullstack Developer – Dubai, Full Time

We are working with a leading technology organization who are seeking a highly experienced Fullstack Developer to join their growing team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is an expert in Node.js, RabbitMQ and React.js, to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge platforms that support large-scale, mission-critical security environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and QA to deliver robust and secure software solutions.
• Implement efficient APIs, messaging, and data storage solutions optimized for high performance and reliability.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and peer reviews.
• Participate in system design discussions and provide technical leadership where required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in backend and frontend technologies.
• Proven expertise in Node.js and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with ExpressAPI and Server-side JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database design and optimization.
• React.js experience is highly desirable for developing dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Experience with Cassandra or other NoSQL databases is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
