You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer PMO, and managing internal and external digital integrations including third-party partners. As the technical project owner, you will ensure timely, within-budget delivery, while managing project revenue, budget, and cash flow.
Your Role – Strategic, Regional, and Growth-Oriented
- Own full delivery of digital project implementations in line with contractual scope.
- Define project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements collaboratively.
- Resolve or escalate conflicts within projects or across functional teams, employing PMO-approved monitoring and corrective actions.
- Build and manage project teams, supporting their technical and functional development.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the customer PMO to anticipate needs and improve delivery processes.
- Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Follow standardized project management methodologies.
- Provide regular, transparent updates to Siemens regional management, highlighting plans, challenges, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with Services consultants and designers to fully capture customer requirements.
- Review all relevant documentation to identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver client and partner feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage ecosystem and portfolio partners to ensure timely delivery while safeguarding Siemens and partner interests.
- Act as the liaison between project governance, architecture office, and the customer.
- Develop and own the project plan for digital solution implementation.
- Lead build, installation, testing, and commissioning phases as per contract.
- Manage functional acceptance testing and ensure alignment with agreed test cases.
- Forecast and manage Siemens resource deployment.
- Oversee invoices, payment plans, and timely collections.
- Report project cash flow and financial status monthly to Siemens country management.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues to governance and country management.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with the defined project methodology.
- Present progress, risks, and mitigations in weekly/monthly steering committee meetings.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for end-user facing products, with strong knowledge of BRS, HLD, LLD, FAT, and UAT processes.
- At least 7 years’ hands-on experience in software build, implementation, testing, and handover to support teams.
- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Extensive experience running requirements gathering and functional/user testing workshops with end customers.
- Skilled in bug/issue management leading to successful UAT sign-off.
- Experience with issue management tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience navigating global matrix organizations and working across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Strong understanding of IT, software applications, IoT, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to build and maintain detailed project plans for main programs and sub-programs involving multiple solution vendors.
- Solid understanding of overall solution architecture and third-party vendor roles to ensure seamless delivery.
- Track requirements, use cases, and UI design elements against delivered scope; manage change requests effectively.
- Manage the entire solution delivery lifecycle—from requirements mapping and design to build and testing—ensuring successful handover.
- Execute project delivery aligned with payment milestones, including invoicing upon successful deliverable acceptance.
- Demonstrate tact and adaptability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different hierarchies and cultures.
- Experience in IT/OT systems integration and delivery.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
