The Customer Service Delivery (CSD) – Quality and Reliability team at TELUS is on a mission to revolutionize how our field technicians receive real-time, actionable feedback through a seamless digital experience.

We’re implementing Visual AI to enable a unified, data-driven customer journey — and we’re looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to help bring this vision to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design highly reliable and efficient software architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our production systems
• Build solutions that present large volumes of data, insights, and AI/ML predictions in intuitive and interactive ways
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven, user-centric digital experiences for TELUS internal stakeholders

You’re an experienced full-stack developer who’s both a creative problem solver and a technical leader. You bring initiative, innovation, and a strong sense of ownership to every project.

You’re known for:

• Thriving in collaborative, agile environments
• Managing time and priorities effectively
• Driving complex issues through to successful resolution

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Proven success in developing large-scale web applications supporting 2,000+ concurrent users
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Python, Streamlit, and GitHub
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – especially Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and Postgres – is a big plus!
