A new game-development studio is being formed to complement and expand the experiences offered at Aurora Virtual Reality Centres in St. Albert, Alberta.
Our first project (working title: Project Aurora) is a hyper-realistic tactical VR experience designed for free-roam arenas and professional-grade hardware.
We’re looking for a technical co-founder / lead developer to join from the ground floor and help bring this vision to life.
Ideal candidate:
- Experienced with Unity or Unreal Engine (VR + multiplayer)
- Proficient in C# or C++, with strong optimization skills
- Familiar with HTC Vive / StrikerVR integration (asset-level or API experience)
- Passionate about VR and entrepreneurial projects
- Comfortable with equity-based compensation (no initial salary)
What’s offered:
- Equity ownership (20–30%) in the new company
