Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to join our DevOps team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and integrating Atlassian tools—primarily Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud—to support development and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bamboo, and Bitbucket environments.
- Configure and manage the ConnectAll integration platform to enable seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Groovy, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Build custom dashboards and JQL filters to support reporting and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, R&D, and DevOps teams to enhance tool functionality and user experience.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket).
- Proven expertise with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration.
- Familiarity with ConnectAll or similar integration platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell).
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
