Job Title: Atlassian / DevOps Administrator

Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)

Location: Remote

Contract : W2


NOTE : This position is not applicable for C2C.


Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian/DevOps Administrator to support and enhance our development and operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and other Atlassian tools, along with a solid background in automation and system integrations. You will collaborate closely with IT, R&D, and DevOps teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure optimal performance across tools and platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud environments.

Provide support and management for the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket).

Partner with IT and R&D teams to understand requirements and implement customized solutions.

Design and manage custom dashboards, filters, and JQL queries in Jira.

Configure and maintain integrations via ConnectALL to synchronize data between third-party systems.

Develop automation scripts using Python, Groovy, Bash, or PowerShell to optimize workflows.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and support guides.

Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in DevOps and Atlassian ecosystems.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket).

Proven expertise in Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration.

Familiarity with the ConnectALL integration platform.

Proficiency in Python, Groovy, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.

Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience with incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
