About The Role

Pragmatike is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI startup recognized as a Top 10 GenAI company by GTM Capital, founded by MIT CSAIL researchers.

Were seeking AI/ML Engineers to develop, deploy, and optimize AI solutions for real-world applications, powering distributed AI systems for Fortune 500 customers.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the frontier of applied AI, solving complex challenges while shaping production AI systems. Youll collaborate with engineers and researchers to build reliable, scalable AI infrastructure.What Youll Do

  • Develop, deploy, and optimize AI solutions for production applications.
  • Curate and manage large datasets for AI workloads.
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate, monitor, and maintain AI workloads in production.
  • Ensure AI systems align with business goals and maintain clear documentation.


What Were Looking For

  • Strong experience in systems for AI/ML, from model development to system optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in TypeScript or Go for integration.
  • Expertise in ML frameworks (PyTorch, VLLM, Llama-factory, Transformers, Megatron-LM, CUDA), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.


Bonus Points

  • Experience in AI/ML for enterprise applications or deploying models at scale.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
