This role is an Integrated Project Manager responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives across corporate functions, events, digital, and internal brand campaigns. This person will operate as the central point of coordination between creative, web publishing, engineering, and strategy teams—leveraging Workfront to manage workflows, drive clarity, and ensure execution stays aligned with business goals. The environment is fast-paced, highly cross-functional, and requires someone who can navigate ambiguity and still move work forward with structure and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Program Leadership – Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of 3–5 concurrent integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across creative, digital, events, and web publishing teams.

Stakeholder & Workflow Management – Serve as the hub between corporate functions, engineering, creative, and analytics teams—owning communication flow, escalation paths, and decision-making checkpoints.

Workfront Ownership & Project Control – Build and maintain detailed Workfront project plans, status dashboards, intake forms, and risk tracking, ensuring all workstreams stay transparent and accountable.

Cross-functional Coordination – Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, and checkpoints with internal stakeholders and partner teams to ensure delivery milestones are met.

Executive Reporting & Deck Creation – Support leadership updates by assembling concise, insight-driven campaign overview decks and progress briefs.

Continuous Improvement & Process Iteration – Identify workflow gaps, introduce structure to ambiguous projects, and recommend process improvements or tool enhancements.

End-to-End Program Tracking – Monitor deliverables from kickoff through post-launch and lead lessons-learned sessions to evolve execution standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of program/project management experience leading integrated marketing initiatives

• Proven experience managing cross-functional campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders

• Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with Workfront as a primary workflow/project system

• Strong ability to operate in environments with multiple workstreams and shifting priorities

• Experience working with creative operations, web publishing, or internal corporate marketing teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills, including executive-facing updates

Preferred Experience:

• Background in financial services or corporate enterprise environment

• Familiarity with marketing operations tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, or Wrike

• Experience working with engineering or internal communications teams on event or brand initiatives

• Proven ability to manage initiatives where not all answers are available upfront—comfortable driving clarity and structure

Why Join Us:

This is a high-visibility role embedded in a corporate marketing organization undergoing active expansion of digital presence, internal brand identity, and campaign sophistication. You’ll lead programs tied directly to executive initiatives—such as internal career branding rollouts and engineering promotional events—while owning the Workfront infrastructure that keeps cross-functional teams aligned.
