Intro: Imaginus is a young game startup from Ukraine. Imaginus is a fast-paced 2D PvP MOBA where teams battle beyond a black hole. We blend Web2→Web3 mechanics, NFT-based progression, and a Contribute-to-Earn creator economy. 5-minute matches. Competitive. Social. Built with Unity. Web2↔Web3 switcher so players choose the experience that fits them. We are The Root Network grant recipients and WePlay Ventures accelerator alumni. We’re in pre-launch and hiring a Senior Marketing Manager / CMO to lead growth and GTM.

🧭 Key Responsibilities- Build and execute a 10-month GTM (aligned with The Root Network grant milestones): strategy → channels → budget → KPIs
- Define positioning, messaging, and brand voice (site, trailer, store pages, socials)
- Community growth across Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram (events, playtests, rituals, mods, feedback loops)
- KOL/influencer program: scouting, offers, briefs, tracking, UGC flywheel
- User acquisition (mobile; paid + organic): Meta/TikTok/Google UAC, creators, partnerships
- Retention & CRM: onboarding loops, in-game events, comms, notifications/email
- Analytics & funnels: attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust), dashboards (GA4/Amplitude/Looker), CPI/CTR/LTV
- Close collaboration with art/video, community, and product
- Proven launches in gaming or Web3 from 0 → measurable traction
- Hands-on growth marketing and community building
- Experience with KOL deals and performance campaigns
- Strong funnel mindset: acquisition → activation → retention → monetization
- English Upper-Intermediate+; owner mindset; startup speed
Nice to have: F2P mobile background (PvP/MOBA), ran 10k+ communities, Web3 drops/ecosystem co-marketing, Amplitude/Looker/GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Notion/Figma
- Lead and shape the foundational marketing function for a high-potential Web3 title
- Token allocation tied to UA/retention outcomes
- Path to CMO / founding marketing lead
