About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who turns ideas into impactful product experiences, not just pretty screens. In this founder-facing, internal role where you’ll be at the heart of shaping product strategies, crafting concept designs for pitches, and influencing how we solve problems from the ground up.
Please note that all your tasks fall under business development and pre-sales. You will not be working on any post-conversion project work.

What You’ll Do
- Construct UX audits and product strategy, helping us make smarter pitches.
- Dream up concept designs that aren’t just beautiful - they’re persuasive.
- Own internal documentation and help build compelling case studies for projects.
- Define how AI plays a role in accelerating business development and sales at Tequity
- Comfortable experimenting with AI design tools like Lovable, Bold, Replit, and Cursor.
- A designer with a keen eye for UX/UI, and ideally some knowledge of front-end development.
- Curious about the business side of design and eager to influence strategy.
- Self-motivated and excited to work in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
- Looking at growing into a Design Manager kind of a role.
- Work on high-impact projects where your designs shape the company’s brand and identity.
- Collaborate with a creative, passionate team that values your input.
