UX UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless interfaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and performance. Your role will be crucial in shaping how users interact with our platform and ensuring every touchpoint feels effortless and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into clear design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.

Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.

Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UX and UI.

Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and collaborate on iterations.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design roles.

Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving approach.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
