Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Program Manager/Director specializing in Agile Methodology and Digital Transformation leadership. As a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting mentees in their professional growth, providing expertise in Agile practices, and driving digital transformation initiatives. You will be expected to offer personalized mentorship, conduct training sessions, and share industry insights to help mentees achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Agile Methodology, Digital Transformation, and program management
• Experience as a Delvery manager Role/ Delivery head for 5-10 years
• Experince as a thought leadership Training.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding professionals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven track record in leading successful digital transformation projects
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools
• Relevant certifications and qualifications are a plus
