Role Description :

Data Scientists conduct advanced statistical analyses to determine trends and significant

data relationships. Develop machine learning models to apply test data algorithms to future

data; provide guidance to cross-functional leadership regarding data modelling possibilities.

Data Scientists lead the implementation of data modelling solutions; train algorithms to

apply models to new data sets; interpret data to identify trends to go across future data

sets.

Translate business needs into data modelling initiatives; validate models & algorithmic

techniques.


Mandatory Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience as a data scientist,
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level of Common European Framework of Reference for
  • Languages or equivalent),
  • University (PhD, M.Sc.) degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or engineering (or equivalent applied experience),
  • 3 years of experience in a role developing predictive or explanatory models and/or experimentation processes,
  • Expertise in R, Python, MatLab, SAS and related packages (e.g., PyTorch, Keras, Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn),
  • Expertise in at least one production-quality programming language (e.g., Java, Python,
  • Scala, C++),
  • Expertise with statistical models applied to in financial markets, e.g., Black Scholes equation,
  • Experience with neural network and deep learning architectures preferred,
  • Experience working with data & analytics frameworks and tooling.
  • Core mathematical ability to understand, utilize and innovate on state-of-the art machine learning algorithms and/or statistical modelling,
  • Experience building learning systems to analyse and filter continuous data flows and offline data analysis,
  • Experience with moderate to large-scale data sets (>10 TB) preferred,
  • Exceptional communication skills and business understanding.
