Your role💼

Your challenges will include:

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
• Identify and address accessibility challenges in digital and physical environments, aligning projects with WCAG, RGAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, UX, and operations, to integrate compliance and accessibility into all project stages.
• Facilitate risk assessments, prioritize tasks, and maintain project backlogs, ensuring smooth workflows and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide clear documentation, regular progress updates, and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Organize training sessions and change management initiatives to support team adoption of accessibility and compliance practices.

Requirements 💡

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 8+ years of project management experience, with exposure to accessibility or compliance-focused initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Nice to have: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodology experience.
• Nice to have: Background in the financial sector or experience with regulatory compliance projects.
