Your new role

As a Staff Software Engineer – Fullstack, you’ll lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing scalable solutions that directly impact the home loan experience. You’ll work closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners and Crew Leads to influence technical direction and drive product outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own what you build, applying full-cycle engineering practices and working with modern technologies across backend, frontend, cloud, and containerisation.

You’ll also mentor engineers, foster a collaborative team culture, and promote continuous learning and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle using Agile and DevSecOps practices
• Strong solution design capabilities and ability to lead technical conversations with stakeholders
• Hands-on experience building Core and Web APIs, web applications, and running independent PoCs
• Passion for mentoring and building engaged, curious engineering teams
• Ability to take ownership of technical challenges from start to finish
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-aligned environment with a customer-first mindset
• Commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, and applying industry best practices

• Backend: .NET Core, Node.js
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js

• Observability: Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana
