What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our web team, you’ll help shape how users experience Quatt online. Your day-to-day will include:
- Working closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually stunning, user-friendly Webflow pages.
- Building and maintaining responsive designs that perform seamlessly across devices.
- Enhancing Webflow templates with custom HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript for added functionality.
- Configuring and customizing HubSpot forms & quotes to optimize user interactions.
- Testing, optimizing, and improving site performance with a focus on speed, usability, and SEO.
- Exploring creative web development solutions that support Quatt’s growth and impact.
- Keeping our online presence aligned with both our sustainability mission and business objectives.
- Proficiency with Webflow, including building and managing responsive websites.
- Strong foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools (a big plus).
- A sharp eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring every pixel is just right.
- The ability to collaborate seamlessly with teams across design, marketing, and development.
- Current resident of the Netherlands (as this is not a fully remote position).
- A genuine interest in sustainability and the drive to contribute to impactful change.

- A salary between €4000-€5750, with 8% holiday allowance added on top.
- A fulltime position for 36-40 hours (32 hours is negotiable).
