What’s the role?
As a Product Manager within Business Transaction Banking, you'll manage and drive the business debit card portfolio, acting as product owner and SME across several activities which includes simplification, migration, innovation, product governance and customer experience improvements. This full-time role is based in Sydney, with hybrid working options available. You’ll play a key and exciting role in shaping and delivering the business debit card strategy, ensuring that the portfolio continues to meet customer needs and support the Banks’s broader payment priorities. You’ll also support with resolving business debit card related incidents and complaints, driving better outcomes for customers and the business.
What do I need?
- Solid experience in a similar product management role within cards (debit or credit) is essential within financial services or fintech industries
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of product governance requirements, ensuring compliance with frameworks and delivering to required due dates.
- Ability to autonomously manage complex initiatives from conception to delivery, balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to monitor performance, resolve issues and identify opportunities.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- Strong skills in planning, project management, time management and decision making
