This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in Latin America.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, identify opportunities, and deliver digital products that solve real customer challenges while driving measurable business outcomes. You will own the full product lifecycle, from research and ideation to launch and iterative improvement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Operating in a remote environment with occasional travel, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams to translate insights into actionable roadmaps. Your work will influence the success of multiple products, while mentoring junior PMs and fostering a customer-centric, data-driven culture. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across diverse markets, driving innovation and product excellence.

Accountabilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define product strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market, user, and business research to inform product vision and roadmap priorities
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including backlog prioritization, feature trade-offs, and delivery oversight
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and collaboration across Engineering, Design, and Delivery teams
  • Oversee product launches, monitor KPIs, and drive iterative improvements based on data and user feedback
  • Mentor associate and mid-level PMs, contributing to process and methodology enhancements
  • Advocate for a strong product culture emphasizing customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous improvement


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, leading the end-to-end software product lifecycle
  • Proven ability in product discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and APIs
  • Demonstrated client-facing consulting skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira); familiarity with Figma or Miro is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and leveraging product analytics
  • Goal-oriented, autonomous, and organized; excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Nice-to-have: prior consulting experience, Scrum Master/Product Owner certification, experience mentoring and team building
