In this role, you will lead the development and management of design system documentation that supports consistent and scalable user experiences across marketing platforms. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product teams to understand needs, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that the documentation and training materials reflect the latest updates. Accountabilities
- Support the Design System Lead in day-to-day operations and long-term planning of design system deliverables
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to understand component requirements and workflows
- Maintain and update documentation and training materials to ensure accuracy and usability
- Develop new materials aligned with the design system roadmap and upcoming releases
- Communicate changes effectively across teams and platforms
- Enforce standards for consistency, scalability, and accessibility across components
- Track, prioritize, and maintain component updates and improvements
- Collect feedback from UX research and product usage to drive continuous improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or design system management within a cross-functional team
- Strong understanding of design principles, UI/UX best practices, and development processes
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, track, and communicate progress
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, particularly AEM, is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Background in digital marketing organizations is preferred
- Advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with international clients and teams
