This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer in Latin America.

In this role, you will craft end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products, shaping solutions that solve complex user problems across diverse platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate user insights into actionable designs, while contributing to a scalable design system. This position requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will have the opportunity to influence multiple products, design for different user personas, and iterate solutions based on feedback and analytics. Your work will help create meaningful, intuitive experiences for both consumer and B2B applications.

Accountabilities

  • Design comprehensive user experiences, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity visual designs
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during development and implementation
  • Conduct user research, including interviews and usability tests, and translate insights into design solutions
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products
  • Present and communicate design decisions effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business metrics
  • Support the design of internal tools used by services teams and ensure a unified platform experience across markets


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product design within a SaaS or tech-focused environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent platforms
  • Experience contributing to and designing within scalable design systems
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex products
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, color, and interaction design
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
  • Understanding of technical constraints and ability to collaborate with engineering teams


Optional/Plus Qualifications:

  • Experience in vertical SaaS, fintech, or industry-specific platforms
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience designing for multiple user types or market segments
  • Agile development experience and working with quantitative/qualitative research methods
