Associate Product Analyst (Remote-LATAM)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Product Analyst in Latin America.

In this role, you will work closely with product leaders, engineers, and customer-facing teams to help shape the evolution of a SaaS platform. You will transform data into actionable insights, support product strategy, and contribute to AI and automation initiatives that enhance scalability and efficiency. The position offers a hands-on experience in analyzing usage patterns, conducting market research, and assisting in product roadmap decisions. You will collaborate across departments to ensure product initiatives align with customer needs, while also supporting go-to-market planning, launch execution, and post-launch performance analysis. Accountabilities

• Contribute to defining the product roadmap by identifying opportunities through data and user insights
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Extract, analyze, and visualize product data using SQL and dashboarding tools
• Draft user stories, use cases, and business requirements to guide design and development
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align product initiatives with customer needs
• Support product launches, demos, documentation, and post-launch performance monitoring
• Participate in backlog grooming, feature testing, and defect tracking to optimize customer workflows
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in product, data analytics, business analysis, or related roles (internships count)
• Proficiency with SQL and strong analytical skills; comfortable with quantitative and qualitative insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Curiosity about AI technologies and SaaS product applications
• Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to grow into a product-focused role
• Bonus: familiarity with SaaS product analytics, Agile/Scrum workflows, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Figma
