Overview

Join our Engineering & Product department as our new Product Designer and be a key player in amplifying our product focus! We're seeking a creative powerhouse skilled in discovery, user research, design system management, UI/UX design, and usability testing. You'll have the autonomy to deeply understand and exceed customer needs with innovative solutions and inspire the pursuit of strategic business goals. Working time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Planned start: Immediately

Location: VIENNA, Austria



Your Tasks

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle complex challenges for sports providers and enthusiasts
• Conduct user and competitor research to uncover insights for impactful design solutions
• Bring designs to life with user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, and usability tests
• Create user-centered solutions and services within our software products to keep the focus on people's needs
• Elevate our Design Systems for consistency and excellence
• Act autonomously within your area of expertise, fostering both professional and personal growth to gain ownership in future projects
• Drive continuous improvement and team collaboration in weekly product development meetings and 1-on-1 sessions
  
  

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design of digital products, ideally with SaaS solutions or manager tools
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, product thinking, and prototyping with at least one case study that showcases your way of working and bringing value
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the problems they solve
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; German skills are a plus
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
• Proficient with Figma
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders
• A daring approach to exploration and learning, with an eagerness to continuously improve
