Full Stack Developer (Java – React)
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a major digital transformation program within one of Belgium’s leading business banks. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary Agile team developing end-to-end digital solutions for enterprise clients — from backend systems to user-facing web and mobile interfaces.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain backend components using Java, Spring, Maven
Build and document RESTful APIs (Swagger/YAML)
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git)
Ensure code quality through Clean Code, SOLID, and TDD principles
Collaborate closely with analysts, testers, and product owners in an Agile setup
Optionally support the frontend layer using React or Node.js
What we’re looking for
Minimum 6 years of experience in software development
Strong expertise in Java & Spring Framework
Familiar with Docker, Containers, and tools like SonarQube or Fortify
Passion for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Team-oriented mindset, open to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Languages: English required (French or Dutch a plus)
Location: Brussels – hybrid mode (2 days/week on-site)
