Join a small but high-impact team of architects and software engineers responsible for building and maintaining a core internal .NET framework and a company-wide Azure DevOps CI/CD platform.
You’ll play a key role in reimagining the Azure DevOps environment — refining governance, automating operational workflows, and shaping a modern, secure, and scalable DevOps ecosystem.
This is your chance to become the go-to Azure DevOps expert, driving platform improvements, defining security standards, and helping teams build faster and smarter with YAML templates and .NET automation.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the Azure DevOps Platform
- Redefine and improve security & governance models
- Create and maintain YAML templates for consistent builds
- Automate operational workflows using .NET
- Collaborate closely with architects to align on solutions
- Coach, train, and support development teams using Azure DevOps

- Evolve the security model of Azure DevOps to a fine-grained structure
- Document and promote the use of YAML build templates
🧠 What You Bring
💻 Must-Have Tech Skills:
- Deep expertise in Azure DevOps
- Strong command of YAML templating
- Proven experience with C# and Azure DevOps REST API
- Solid understanding of security governance
- Skilled in REST API development (JSON, Swagger, etc.)
- Excellent technical writing/documentation skills
⚙️ Nice-to-Have Extras:
- .NET 10 or .NET architecture experience
- Familiarity with Azure Stack, Node.js, or PowerShell
- Customizing Azure DevOps (build/release tasks)
- Knowledge of SAST/DAST tools
