Lumo Creations, creators of Harmony in the Wild, is an indie game studio based in Jyväskylä, Finland.
We’re now developing our next title, PIVOT! a physics-based party co-op comedy game about chaotic teamwork.
We’re looking for a 3D Artist with a passion for texturing and material creation to help bring our quirky world to life. This is an unpaid position, ideal for someone eager to gain real production experience in stylized art, Unity workflow, and team-based indie development.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create and polish textures and materials for furniture, props, and environments.
- Collaborate closely with the art and design teams to define the game’s visual identity and tone.
- Optimize textures for performance while maintaining appealing stylized visuals.
- Support 3D artists with UV mapping, material setup, and integration in Unity.
- Participate in art reviews and provide creative input on environment feel and atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid understanding of PBR and stylized texture workflows.
- Experience with UV unwrapping and material setup (Unity experience is a plus).
- Good eye for color, surface detail, and consistency across assets.
- Self-motivated and communicative team player passionate about indie games.
