You won’t just “code.” You’ll collaborate with AI to build, test, and ship features at high velocity.
Leeon operates like a living lab — we launch at least one feature per day, learn from user feedback, and evolve the product iteratively.
Your work will include:
- Co-creating new features across our Vue3 + Firebase stack using AI-assisted tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
- Iterating rapidly — from concept → prototype → production — often in the same day.
- Working with AI agents to automate parts of development, testing, and documentation.
- Building intelligent UI flows and backend automations for our Leeon Customer Portal , TrainerCockpit and AdminCenter.
- Collaborating with the CTO (Nadine) and our AI-driven team to bring human creativity and machine speed together.
Your profile

We’re looking for builders — people who think in systems, collaborate with AI, and iterate fast.
Must-have mindset
- You see AI as your coding partner, not just a tool.
- You’re comfortable iterating rapidly — daily releases are normal for you.
- You value clarity, creativity, and shipping over perfection.
- You understand the power of “good enough now, better tomorrow.”
- You thrive in dynamic environments where ideas turn into features immediately.
- Strong experience in Vue3, Tailwind, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid backend experience with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions)
- Experience integrating APIs (REST, AI, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
- Fluent in English (German a plus)
- Familiarity with Supabase, Make.com, or Next.js
- Interest in AI model APIs, automation, or agentic workflows
- Experience building dashboards, live session systems, or LMS-like tools
