Senior ABAP Developer in Hamburg, Germany
We are looking for a skilled ABAP Developer to join our innovative IT team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain SAP-based solutions, focusing on creating efficient and scalable ABAP applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.
Key Tasks:
- Develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs and applications.
- Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP developments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP systems, ensuring smooth operation.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in ABAP development.
- Support integration projects with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Proven experience as an ABAP Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP OO, CDS views, and SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD).
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and ABAP Workbench tools.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, OData services, and RESTful APIs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial.
- Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).
- Germany, Hamburg
- Permanent employment.
