At DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI), we drive global marketing initiatives that shape the future of logistics. Our Marketing Operations team supports strategic campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across digital channels. We are now looking for a motivated Intern (Data Analyst) to join our team and help us turn marketing data into actionable insights.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will:
- Support the planning of global marketing campaigns
- Conduct reporting and KPI analysis for ongoing and completed campaigns
- Perform benchmarking of campaign performance across regions, markets, and channels
- Identify and document best practices and use cases, especially in email marketing and social media
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with campaign managers and digital channel owners
We are looking for a student who brings a combination of analytical skills and curiosity:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (especially email and social media)
- Structured way of working, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
