Our client, a niche company in the healthcare sector, has recently received investment from a private equity firm and is in the process of scaling the business.
We are interested in speaking to experienced M&A Analysts with Dublin and/or London M&A experience who are looking to move into a Commercial Director role.
Reporting to the CEO, with a dotted line to the CFO, this role will lead out corporate development initiatives including but not limited to:
-Develop financial models to assist decision-making in scaling
-Review and advise on proposed plans for new markets and services
-Optimise the pricing strategy and contract terms to maximise profitability
-Act as a key point of contact for the PE investors and Board, presenting high-quality business reviews and growth plans
Candidate:
-5+ years M&A analytical experience in Dublin/London
-Excellent academics are essential
-Deal experience in the healthcare sector not essential but a definite advantage
-Strong financial modelling skills
-Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex commercial data into clear, concise reviews
-Excellent commercial acumen, with a keen understanding of P&L drivers and margin optimisation etc.
-Excellent communication skills and adept at presenting to C-Suite and Board-level stakeholders
