UX/UI Designer

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior and needs.
• Develop user personas, user journey maps, and scenarios to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies to incorporate into projects.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance analysis.
• Ensure that the user experience is at the forefront of all design decisions.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create intuitive user interfaces and effective user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX design or a related field.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design for multiple devices.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous UX design projects, showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.

This is a daily rate contract. Candidate must hold a valid work permit for the duration of the contract.
