Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our Dublin team and work closely with engineers and product managers in a cross-functional squad. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences for users of our healthcare technology platforms. This role requires strong design skills, user empathy, and a collaborative mindset to ensure that every product decision is rooted in delivering real value for our customers.


Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to design user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the squad and wider organisation.
  • Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging UX practices.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within cross-functional squads.
  • Familiarity with Agile development environments a plus.
  • Background in healthcare or other regulated industries a bonus.
