An exciting opportunity has opened for a Data & Insights Analyst to join a company undergoing a period of growth and transformation. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping data-driven decision-making across the business, providing actionable insights to support strategy, performance, and profitability.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll be involved in developing performance dashboards, and delivering deep-dive analysis to drive operational efficiency and commercial success. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on turning data into impact and wants to influence decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse operational and commercial data (Store Profitability, Budget forecasting etc) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs across business areas.
- Deliver insights into category and store level profitability and performance.
- Support pricing and contract negotiations with data-driven models.
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes.
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to optimise data use.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel for reporting and automation.
- Experience with profitability analysis and pricing models.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Commercially aware, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
