AI Integration Engineer – Go (Golang)

📍 Milan, Italy | Hybrid (3 days/week on site) | Full-time

💰 Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 gross/year (flexible based on experience)

BSQ Talent is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing international AI company developing intelligent software solutions for enterprise clients.

The team connects AI agents and LLM-based systems with real business infrastructures — from CRM platforms to telephony environments — helping organizations modernize and automate operations at scale.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in Go and solid foundations in backend integrations.

You’ll design and implement backend services and APIs that bring AI systems into production for enterprise clients.

What you’ll do

• Integrate AI platforms with customer systems, APIs, and workflows

• Design and implement backend services and data pipelines

• Build and deploy AI agents tailored to customer use cases

• Work directly with clients to understand and deliver custom solutions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integrations

• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to align platform capabilities

What we’re looking for

• 4–5 years of professional experience in software engineering (backend focus)

• Strong proficiency in Go and TypeScript

• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and modern integration patterns

• Experience integrating AI agents / LLMs into real-world apps

• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP) and familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes

• Strong communication and autonomy

Nice to have

• Experience in startups or fast-paced teams

• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval systems
