Whether you're based in Vilnius or Riga (or working remotely), you'll become part of a growing engineering team building and operating web applications that support our business. As a PHP Full Stack Developer you'll be involved across the stack from server side logic to user-facing interfaces and work closely with product, QA automation and business analysts to deliver reliable, well-engineered solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Whether you're based in Vilnius or Riga (or working remotely), you'll become part of a growing engineering team building and operating web applications that support our business. As a PHP Full Stack Developer you'll be involved across the stack from server side logic to user-facing interfaces and work closely with product, QA automation and business analysts to deliver reliable, well-engineered solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Develop, maintain and enhance web applications using PHP and appropriate frameworks.
- Own features across both backend and frontend layers, from specification through implementation.
- Write clean, modular, reusable code in line with OOP and MVC principles.
- Engage with analysts and testers to convert requirements into production-ready implementation.
- Integrate with external systems via REST APIs and support data exchange flows.
- Participate in code reviews, testing (manual and automated) and documentation.
- Help refine and improve development processes in the team.
Must-haves:
- 3-6 years of web development experience with PHP and full-stack responsibilities
- Strong grasp of OOP and MVC architecture.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS for frontend work.
- Experience with REST API integration and external systems.
- Comfortable working remotely, in an Agile environment, and collaborating across teams.
- Good communicator, detail-oriented, accountable and eager to learn.
- Experience with accessibility standards and adapting web applications for users with diverse needs would be a huge plus.
- Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Symfony, CakePHP, CodeIgniter).
- Familiarity with frontend libraries such as Vue.js or jQuery.
- Comfortable using Postman (or similar) for API testing/debugging.
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Basic SQL/relational database knowledge.
