WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Engaging with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements for insurance products and related systems.
- Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications for IT and development teams.
- Supporting requirement definition for system integrations, data flows, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitating workshops and discussions to align business and technical perspectives.
- Ensuring that requirements are structured, prioritized, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating closely with cross-country teams to support delivery and continuous improvement of insurance solutions.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance, financial services, or related technology sectors.
- Strong business process understanding and the ability to turn complex concepts into practical solutions.
- Technical literacy you can communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Latvian insurance legislation or the Baltic regulatory landscape is a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); Latvian language would be a significant plus.
- Self-driven and structured approach, with the ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently.
- Availability to join occasional workshops or meetings on-site (primarily in Riga).
