As a UI/UX Interaction Designer at HackMotion, you’ll work on our interactive exercises (drills) to make them word-class with clear instructions and engaging real-time motion visuals.
You’ll own the design process from prototype to final implementation, creating systems that communicate movement instructions through sound, vibration, and real-time visuals to help users master a proper golf swing.
Working closely with a skilled product team (UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers), you’ll design, prototype, and test interfaces, gather user feedback, and maintain our design system. You’ll also develop systems that deliver real-time visual, audio, and haptic feedback, helping users understand and improve their performance.
This role is ideal if you enjoy creative experimentation - for example, exploring ideas inspired by game design or sound design to make training more immersive and engaging.
Success in this role means owning the design process end-to-end and creating intuitive, impactful experiences that elevate how athletes learn through motion.
Your tasks:
- Create app UI and interactions for mobile and tablet.
- Collaborate with team members to gather user feedback, prototype, and test interfaces.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the design system.
- Create real-time feedback systems using visual, audio, and haptic cues.
- Work directly with the product manager and developers to ensure designs meet usability standards.
What we expect:
- Ability to design app interfaces from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity visual design, including layouts, color, and typography (Figma).
- Experience creating interactive prototypes that incorporate motion, animation, and real-time feedback (After Effects or similar).
- Ability to creatively explore new ways to represent movement and guide users (experience with spatial or 3D tools is a plus).
- Experience with motion design.
What you can expect:
- Company stock options (own part of the company);
- Work on truly unique applications related to motion capture and IoT;
- Experience how global wearable HW products are invented, and grow together with the company;
- Join a profitable & fast-growing tech company with clients in more than 60 countries;
- Friendly and open company culture (internally we share everything related to building the company);
- We work in an office & remote mix (we don’t need you at a desk for a fixed time, we need the work to be done);
- Salary 2521 – 4356 EUR before taxes, depending on the skills and experience.
