About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Project Manager (Temporary – Maternity Cover) to lead advertising sales on Go3 channels across the Baltics. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — from identifying new revenue streams and securing partnerships to managing the full sales cycle and delivering innovative monetization initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the charge in identifying new revenue opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving innovative advertising partnerships across the Baltic region. From market research to deal with negotiation and cross-team collaboration, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial growth strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify growth potential and monetization opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business clients across the Baltic region and manage the full sales cycle.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business customers.
- Manage day-to-day Key Account activities and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, continuously learn about advertising and media innovations, and apply insights to strategies and operations.
- Explore new monetization channels beyond TV advertising, including digital platforms, sponsorships, and branded content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, finance, legal) to ensure smooth execution of sales projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations in all agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of the Advertisement Partnership Unit.
What We’re Looking For
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Advertisement Partnership Unit. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify growth and monetization opportunities.
- Be proactive in business development, with experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Be skilled in relationship management, capable of building long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients.
- Be knowledgeable about advertising and media trends, and able to apply insights to drive innovation.
- Be comfortable exploring non-traditional monetization channels, including digital platforms, sponsorships, and branded content.
- Work collaboratively across departments (marketing, content, finance, legal) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and compliance awareness, ensuring all agreements meet legal and contractual standards.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
