Frontend Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Application Developer to craft high-quality, performant, and user-centric digital experiences. You’ll design and build modern front-end applications integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces using React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and SASS/CSS3.
• Build and optimize front-end components integrated with AEM (Sites & Edge Delivery Services).
• Partner with backend teams to implement RESTful and GraphQL API integrations.
• Ensure consistent design, brand integrity, and performance across all digital platforms.
• Apply performance optimization techniques including lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with UX and content teams to translate design concepts into production-ready interfaces.
• Manage source control and delivery pipelines using Git, GitHub, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests (Jest / React Testing Library), and perform performance testing (JMeter, Lighthouse).

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using React, Redux (RTK / Saga), or similar frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture patterns.
• Experience building components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable CMS platforms.
• Understanding of Akamai Edge Delivery Services and CDN performance optimization.
• Advanced skills in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with testing, storybook, and performance tools (Jest, Storybook, Lighthouse, JMeter).
• Proficient with version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid understanding of web security, accessibility, and performance standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, or Marketo.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Akamai EdgeWorkers or other serverless front-end environments.
• Knowledge of Python, Groovy, or Ruby scripting.
• Awareness of data-driven personalization and MarTech integrations.
