We’re looking for a skilled Application Developer to craft high-quality, performant, and user-centric digital experiences. You’ll design and build modern front-end applications integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces using React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and SASS/CSS3.
- Build and optimize front-end components integrated with AEM (Sites & Edge Delivery Services).
- Partner with backend teams to implement RESTful and GraphQL API integrations.
- Ensure consistent design, brand integrity, and performance across all digital platforms.
- Apply performance optimization techniques including lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with UX and content teams to translate design concepts into production-ready interfaces.
- Manage source control and delivery pipelines using Git, GitHub, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests (Jest / React Testing Library), and perform performance testing (JMeter, Lighthouse).
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using React, Redux (RTK / Saga), or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture patterns.
- Experience building components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable CMS platforms.
- Understanding of Akamai Edge Delivery Services and CDN performance optimization.
- Advanced skills in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with testing, storybook, and performance tools (Jest, Storybook, Lighthouse, JMeter).
- Proficient with version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Solid understanding of web security, accessibility, and performance standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, or Marketo.
- Familiarity with Node.js, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Akamai EdgeWorkers or other serverless front-end environments.
- Knowledge of Python, Groovy, or Ruby scripting.
- Awareness of data-driven personalization and MarTech integrations.
